These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GTO AI Coach software and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install GTO AI Coach on your personal Android device or emulator
Use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access features corresponding to your active subscription tier

This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, redistribute or create derivative works based on the software.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to GTO AI Coach requires an active subscription processed via Telegram using our fuel-based pricing model. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
Activation keys are issued per-account and may not be shared or transferred
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
Subscriptions may be terminated for violations of these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

User responsibility: You are solely responsible for compliance with the rules of any poker platform or service you use GTO AI Coach with. We make no representations regarding the permissibility of using analytical software on any specific platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in GTO AI Coach, including the software, algorithms, documentation and branding, are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GTO AI Coach is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all devices, or that use of the software will result in improved poker results or profitability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GTO AI Coach at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software immediately ceases.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via Telegram. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal dispute resolution.
